SETTING UP YOUR DIGITAL CLOSET
Welcome to your private digital closet experience.
Inside your digital closet, you’ll access personalized style guidance and ongoing support as you partner with Sandi to manage your wardrobe. See your wardrobe outfitted, shop online for gap items, and upload your current closet so everything’s stored in one place.
On this page, you’ll find a comprehensive look at the digital closet, what to expect, and how to set it up so it works on autopilot to simplify your getting dressed routine.
Inside the digital closet, you’ll find three sections:
Finds
The “Finds” section is a dedicated space to view and shop new styles handpicked just for you based on wardrobe gaps, lifestyle, and versatility.
You can place the orders yourself or delegate all purchases and returns to Sandi for a concierge fee.
Closet
The “Closet” section organizes your current closet alongside any new additions so everything is accessible to you and your stylist.
You can upload images to the closet yourself or pay a $249 fee to have your wardrobe catalogued for you.
Lookbook
The “Lookbook” section is the part of the digital app that brings your physical wardrobe to life with outfit combinations created uniquely for you.
Please note: this section is visible only to clients who’ve added the digital lookbook option to a styling package.
Here’s how to get started:
Once you’ve booked a styling package, you’ll receive an email with a link to access your digital closet. Look for an email titled “Welcome to Your Digital Closet!” with a link that says “View Your Wardrobe.” Please make sure to check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive when expected.
You’ll then be directed to the "Add a Login Method" screen where you can choose your preferred login method (Face/Touch ID, Google, or email and password.) Once you’ve completed setup, you’ll be logged in and can immediately access your wardrobe. From then on, you’ll stay logged in and won't need to log in again on future visits. If you’re ever logged out—usually only if cookies/cache are cleared or it's been a long time between visits—you can visit this page to log in again.
When you first log in, only the “Closet” section will be visible. You can now begin digitally cataloguing your wardrobe! You’ll want to use your phone to take pictures so you can upload them easily from your photo library. You’ll find step-by-step instructions for uploading your closet here. But first, please read the rest of this page before you begin taking pictures.
Make sure to add the digital closet as an app by simply tapping the “Install” button at the top of your browser.
When taking pictures, the single most important step is to choose a time during the day when you have access to natural lighting. You’ll find my best practices for taking great closet photos here.
If you aren’t sure where to begin, here’s how to prioritize:
Start with the current season only - either fall/winter or spring/summer.
Begin by pulling out 20 of your favorite and most frequently worn styles and uploading those first.
Depending on the size of your wardrobe, carve out 2-4 hours to take pictures and upload styles to the app OR add styles gradually over a few weeks.
Group styles by item type - tops, pants, skirts, layers, dresses, shoes, and accessories - and upload one group at a time. For example, you can take pictures of your clothing one day, your shoes a second day, and your accessories the final day to break it up.
Once you’ve uploaded your seasonal wardrobe, Sandi will organize all the items into their categories for you! From now on, any new styles can be added through the web and you shouldn’t need to upload your closet again until the season changes.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ease of accessing your wardrobe any where at any time.
And if you live in the greater Denver area, remember you can choose to have your closet catalogued FOR you for a fee!
